Attending the Passo a Passo session on the Karma Siddhanta (Chapter 2, Verse 47) was a turning point for me. Learning to focus entirely on my efforts and responsibilities, rather than stressing over outcomes I cannot control, has completely shifted my mindset. It has reduced my work anxiety, boosted my productivity, and taught me to find joy in the process of working. I am incredibly grateful for this timeless wisdom being introduced into our daily professional lives. It is not just a philosophy; it is a blueprint for a stress-free, high-performing career.

We learned practical critical thinking, the science of dopamine and oxytocin, meditation, personal health, gratitude, and insights from the Bhagavad Gita. The sessions sharpened my leadership, boosted my emotional awareness, and gave me daily habits that bring calm and focus. I am grateful for the supportive community and the real, lasting change I have experienced.

Our Passo a Passo journey started with gratitude. We learned the importance of being thankful for family, friends, education, and everything we have in our life. One important learning for me is that we should focus more on what we already have instead of thinking too much about what we do not have. After learning gratitude, my thinking slowly started changing. I feel more happy, peaceful, and light from inside.

I also learned about continuous learning, body chemicals like dopamine and their importance, and started practicing dopamine detox by reducing screen time and avoiding excess sugar intake. This small change helped me improve my focus and daily routine. I started meditation practice, which helps me feel fresh, energetic, calm, and more confident.

After attending Gita sessions, I started understanding different aspects and meanings of the Gita and connecting its teachings with my professional and personal life. This understanding helped me think more calmly and positively in different situations.

I can confidently say that by practicing all these things, I have improved my life. I have gained more clarity in my thoughts, improved my way of thinking, and gradually started controlling my anger. I have become more aware of my actions and reactions. This journey has changed my way of thinking and helped me bring positive changes in my life.

The satvik teachings inspired by the Bhagavad Gita helped me understand the importance of focusing on sincere efforts and responsibilities rather than worrying about outcomes beyond control. This learning has significantly reduced work-related stress, improved my clarity of thought, enhanced decision-making abilities, and increased productivity.

Through this journey, I also learned valuable lessons from past experiences, developed deeper analytical thinking, and gained better self-awareness. The wisdom shared in these sessions is not only spiritually enriching but also highly practical for achieving a balanced, focused, and high-performing professional life.

The Passo a Passo initiative has truly created a positive impact on both my personal and professional growth.

Passo a Passo has truly brought a meaningful transformation in both my personal and professional life. Earlier, I used to take quick decisions and focus mainly on results, but this journey taught me the importance of moving step by step and giving my best without being overly attached to outcomes.

The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita helped me become calmer, more patient, and a better listener. I have learned how to control immediate reactions and handle situations with greater awareness and balance. It also helped me understand the importance of karma, self-discipline, and staying positive even during challenging times.

Spiritually, I feel more connected with myself and experience greater inner peace and mental stability. My perspective towards life has become more positive and mindful. Professionally as well, I have seen improvements in my relationships with colleagues and stronger bonding within the team at work.

I am truly grateful to be part of this beautiful journey, Passo a Passo, which continues to inspire growth from within.

For more than a year, I have been part of a wonderful session called Passo a Passo. We are a group of 14 people who have been learning together. The topics discussed in these sessions were very useful for both my professional and personal life.

One of the best things I learned is gratitude. It helped me become more humble and gave me peace of mind. I started thanking my teachers, mentors, friends, colleagues, and everyone who helped me in my life.

Another important learning was critical thinking through the Six Thinking Hats method. It taught me how to look at a problem from different perspectives before making a decision.

I also learned that health is our real wealth. Because of this, I developed the habit of walking 2–3 km every day.

My favourite topic was the Bhagavad Gita. Many lessons were explained in a simple way. Two shlokas had a big impact on me. The first one taught me that anger can affect our thinking and decision-making, reminding me to stay calm in difficult situations. The second one taught me to focus on my work and not worry too much about the result, because the result is not always in our control.

These sessions have helped me become a better person, and I am grateful for this wonderful learning experience.

One of the important lessons I learned from the Passo a Passo group is how to control my anger and remain calm in difficult situations. I learned that reacting with anger often creates more problems, while staying calm helps in finding better solutions.

This learning is also connected with the Satvik qualities mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita. A Satvik person is peaceful, patient, self-controlled, and thinks clearly before taking action. Inspired by these teachings, I try to control my emotions, stay positive, and respond thoughtfully instead of reacting immediately.

This group helped me improve my critical and analytical thinking skills. Now, whenever I face a problem, I try to understand the situation properly and solve it step by step instead of reacting immediately.

Although I am still learning and improving, I make a conscious effort to remain calm during challenging situations and solve problems with a clear mind. This practice has helped me improve my behaviour, communication, and relationships both at work and in my personal life.

My journey with Passo a Passo has been truly meaningful and enriching. What makes this initiative special is that it is not just about learning concepts but about creating awareness, encouraging self-reflection, and helping individuals become better versions of themselves.

Among the many valuable topics explored, the sessions on Gratitude, Emotions, Body Chemicals, Critical Thinking, Six Hats Thinking, and Bhagavad Gita left a lasting impression on me. Each discussion offered practical insights I could apply in everyday life, helping me develop a more positive mindset, greater emotional awareness, and a more thoughtful approach to challenges and decision-making.

One of the most inspiring aspects of Passo a Passo is the culture of continuous learning. We were constantly encouraged to explore new ideas, read, reflect, and share our learnings with the group. The collective wisdom and diverse perspectives shared by fellow members made every interaction valuable and enriching.

Passo a Passo has helped me become more self-aware, grateful, emotionally balanced, and open-minded. The learnings and values I have gained through this journey will continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life for years to come.

Passo a Passo started with a simple message on my phone, but it became one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. I learned the value of gratitude and started appreciating the many blessings we often overlook in our daily lives.

The sessions on Gratitude, Six Thinking Hats, Critical Thinking, Happy Chemicals, Leadership, the 10K Marathon Challenge, and the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita helped me grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita was my biggest surprise - it was not just philosophy but a practical guide for my life. Today, I see life with more positivity, clarity, and purpose, and I enjoy sharing these learnings with others.
